Explore the WebP converterThe PNG download keeps the decoded pixels and alpha in a lossless image encoding. This helps when moving the still image into another editor, though the file can grow.
Explore the PNG converterThis is a format conversion, not an upscaler. Animation frames and their timing are outside the scope of this still-image route.
A WEBP file may not be accepted by the app or upload form you need. WebP to PNG creates a separate PNG copy while leaving your original file untouched.

No. The export uses the decoded source dimensions. A larger PNG file contains a different encoding, not additional image detail.

No. It exports a decoded still bitmap as PNG, rather than a sequence of animation frames.
The current image limit is 25 MB per source, and the rendering canvas has a 45-million-pixel safety limit. Device memory can also affect processing.
